Here is some follow-up information Janelle Rebel sent over about her latest show.

I recently previewed new mixed media works at the curious and mysterious FlatIron Arts Building, an urban artist space in Chicago, for the ATC Select show. It was a joy to participate in this special winter Around the Coyote edition and to be among talented emerging and mid-career artists for a weekend of open studios, discussions and critiques. The pieces I showed vary in size and are made with vintage wallpaper (rescued from a theatre in Eau Claire, Wisconsin) in combination with free-form ethereal origami units--a super juxtaposition of structure and whimsy.
